SUNRISE ON THE DIVIDE AT LOS LAGOS
Los Lagos is a lake that sits on the border of Gilpin County and Boulder County and reflects the Continental Divide. I arrived when the sky just began to hint at the coming day and set my camera on the east bank of the lake. This image has the blue light of morning is bathing the landscape in cool hues as the first rays of sunrise illuminate the top of the mountains behind the lake in a warm glow.
