CHROMASCAPE 164

Just north of Silverthorne, Colorado, I stopped at the edge of a farmer's field bordered by golden aspens, the landscape awash in autumn color. Above, an overcast sky stretched in soft, hazy blue. While making these images, there was a brief moment when the sun found a break in the clouds and illuminated a patch of the field. This pool of light became the slash of brightness that gave my image the magic it needed. Chromascape 164 celebrates the beauty of Colorado fall colors and the gift of sunlight. ~ Marc
