Tahoe, CA

It’s interesting that both Chromascapes I have printed from a morning passing though South Lake Tahoe are vertical pans. I never realized that until this moment of grouping my images by location. One of my favorites is Chromascape 099: Beauty In What Remains. The stark black and white looking image I made of the burned forest is haunting yet beautiful to me. It’s a reminder that loss is both an end and a beginning.

Stories and details about each Chromascape can be found by clicking on the “Image Info” button while in Lightbox View.
